The Municipality of Ilioupoli, celebrating the bicentennial of the Greek Revolution, organizes the exhibition of painting, engraving and design works by Vasiliki Iliakopoulou, painter and engraver, and Vasiliki Kolipetsa, artist and art conservator.

The artworks highlight the sacrifice, the struggle and the spirit of freedom of the revolutionaries. Paintings and engravings with scenes from the activities of Filiki Etaireia, war leaders, shipowners as well as lesser-known heroes of the Revolution are depicted in the works of the two artists, through their gaze and their own artistic approaches.
