Eleni Gatsiou was born in Larisa in 1997 and she lives in Tyrnavos. She graduated from the Lyceum of Tyrnavos in 2015 and entered the Department of Kindergarten Teachers of the Pedagogical School at the University of West Macedonia in Florina. She studies in the Applied Arts Department of the same university, the Third Workshop, under Haris Kontosfyris and Thomas Zografos, from 2015 until June 2020. She presented her thesis project titled “Flight and Footprint” on 30 June 2020, in the Old Museum of Modern Art – I. Gounaris Building in Florina. She held her first solo exhibition with the same title in July 2020 in the same museum. She has participated in more than twenty group exhibitions in museums and galleries. Her works can be found in public and private collections.
