Open University of Cyprus (OUC), with 24 years of dynamic presence, it is a pioneer in open and distance education, offering flexible study programs without restrictions. For the new academic year (2026–2027), with classes beginning in September 2026, the following programs are offered:

and all the courses as standalone

The OUC Faculty of Economics and Management and its renowned academic staff, with a significant international presence, has systematically advanced the disciplines and fields of the relevant sciences. For the 2026–2027 academic year, the School offers three (3) undergraduate programs and ten (10) graduate programs.

–Business Economics (New program—with a 10% cost reduction for 2026–2029)

MASTERS:

–European Union Law

–Master of Business Administrations (The Open MBA) (3 exemptions from ACCA)

-Healthcare Management (revised program, with 90 ECTS credits / reduced tuition fees)

–Management, Technology and Quality (total cost at €4.600)

–Educational Sciences (total cost €3.300)

–Accounting and Financce (5 exemptions from ACCA)

–Criminal Justice

–Master of Business Administration (The Open MBA) (3 exemptions from ACCA)

–Enterprise Risk Management (collaboration with Hellenic Open University)

-International Shipping Management (New program / in collaboration with TEPAK/ with a 10% tuition reduction for 2026–2028)

All degree programs offer their thematic modules as independent, self-contained courses, without requiring enrollment in a full degree program. The School also offers positions for doctoral candidates in three (3) research areas.

Given the current economic climate, OUC offers affordable tuition, provides financial assistance, and ensures tuition discounts for specific population groups (e.g., large families, single parents, people with disabilities, the unemployed, etc.), thereby supporting inclusive education.

At OUC , all educational processes, as well as final exams, are conducted entirely online. The primary educational tool is the eClass e-learning platform, which is a comprehensive digital learning environment that simulates traditional classrooms and teaching conditions and supports meaningful and effective interaction between students and instructors. The academic support provided by internationally recognized and experienced faculty, combined with the diverse educational materials available to students, guarantees a rich learning experience.

Applications for the 2026–2027 academic year must be submitted online via the OUC website by June 8, 2026. Those interested in doctoral positions must submit their applications by May 19, 2026.
