The festival on queer art, aesthetics, pop culture and visibility will be held for the first time on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 September 2024 at the Hellenic- American Union (HAU), 22 Massalias Street, Athens.

The Queer Con program has something for everyone: Exhibitions on domestic LGBTQ+ art history, queer illustration, as well as an adult art exhibition, Artists Alley featuring illustrators and artists, documentary and fiction film screenings, acclaimed speakers and directors, Stand Up Comedy, and Drag Show. Pride 98.6 will provide musical accompaniment for the weekend, with music selections, Live Radio and DJ Set.

The logo and the official artwork of the Festival was designed by the illustrator Dimitris Kasdaglis.

The opening will take place on Friday 13 September at 19:00, with the first screening of the documentary No Straight Lines (in collaboration with Moovie Reel).

The festival is organised as part of the autumn activities of Athens Pride, and is dedicated to the memory of Zack Kostopoulos/Zackie Oh and Anna Ivankova.
