Hundreds of books will give away again, the Municipal Library of Chania during an event entitled: “Books change hands and we are happy!”, which will take place on Monday 22 July 2024 and time 3pm to 9pm in the reading room of the Library. (Ypsilanton 30 – at the back of the Town Hall).

The Municipal Library of Chania accepts daily donations of books of various contents. Multiple copies are donated to other libraries in the prefecture, to School Libraries and to the Exchange Libraries.

This year, for the second time, hundreds of titles are donated to the reading public, from the multiple copies of donations available at the Municipal Library of Chania.
