The 1st International Exhibition on the Circular Economy, FORWARD GREEN, will take place at Pavilion 15 of TIF – HELEXPO.

During the exhibition “Re – Cycling” will be presented, with the participation of 5 very important artists of the younger generation with works made of recyclable materials.

Participants: Ameladiotis Dimitris, Captain Alexandros, Michalopoulos Giorgos, Balas Fotios, Pechlivanidou Sofia.

The exhibition is held in collaboration with Gallery Lola Nikolaou and the exhibition is curated by the Artistic Director of Art-Thessaloniki International Fair, Pantelis Tsatsis.

In the third decade of the 21st century, the need for public awareness with the planet is becoming increasingly felt. Every day, the impact of human actions on the natural environment becomes evident, with climate change being a process that intensifies day by day. In many parts of the planet, impacts have begun to affect the lives of living beings, and according to research by 2050 the picture of the planet will have changed quite a bit from the one we know today. With the aim of preventing and taking measures that limit the upcoming situation, in recent years proposals have been made to enhance sustainability and sustainability, which is a necessity of the modern world.

Taking into account the above data, the 1st International Exhibition on the circular economy, FORWARD GREEN aims to highlight the need for young artists to express through their works their personal concerns about climate change. Each project is a proposal with reusable materials that are put in a new artistic context and acquire a new role.
