Composer and playwright Dimitris Kamarotos‘ “Prometheus Bound” by Aeschylus, a co-production of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center and the National Library of Greece will be presented in a unique film screening on Monday, November 15 at 21.00 at the Stavros Niarchos Hall of SNFCC.

Dimitris Kamarotos’ Prometheus Bound was created in the midst of the pandemic and was played 5 times while being broadcast online. The image and sound have undergone all planned stages of production after the first presentation, and now the editing, image and audio mixing quality of a true cinematic work.

The screening of Prometheus Bound is made possible thanks to the donation of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), just as the play itself was produced thanks to the donation of the SNF in the spring of 2021.
