NEW EDUCATIONAL TOOL!
Museum Kit on the theme “Greek Banknotes: From Our Wallets to History”
This is the first museum kit designed for elementary and secondary school students, dedicated entirely to the history of Greek banknotes.
The educational materials (banners, educational folders, and a tabletop educational game) can be used in various combinations to support activities such as observation, group and individual historical inquiry, role-playing, discussion, and short presentations. The museum kit will be loaned free of charge to interested schools throughout the country and will be used in the classroom.
It will be picked up from the Historical Archives building, while for schools located far from Athens, it will be shipped free of charge.
Students will be given time to explore the materials at their own pace, so that they can generate meaningful questions and acquire knowledge in a playful way.
