The top sporting event of the Municipality of Athens for cycling, the 29th Athens Cycling Tour, returns on Sunday, October 19, 2025, with the start and finish at Syntagma Square. The event, organized by the Organization of Culture, Sports & Youth of the Municipality of Athens (OPANDA), invites cycling enthusiasts—both daring and not—to experience a unique opportunity by choosing either the classic 7 km route or testing their endurance on the 16 km route.

Registrations will only be accepted online starting tomorrow, Friday, August 29, 2025, at podilatikos.opanda.gr  and www.opanda.gr and will remain open until Friday, October 17, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

Both routes will start from Syntagma Square, at 09:30 for the 16 km route and at 11:00 for the 7 km route. All routes will finish at Syntagma Square.

The long route of 16 km is open to participants aged 15 and over, while the short route of 7 km is open to participants aged 6 and over.
