2. Field of Studies.

The field of studies of this MSc is the study and research of the various religious and pilgrimage data of the main Greek area, but also more broadly of the Balkans and Asia Minor, as well as the area of the Holy Land, which data include the relevant testimonies of the sources and traditions, but also the ways projecting and highlighting them.

3. Purpose of this Interinistutional Program is the cultivation and promotion of scientific knowledge and research in the fields referred to in the theoretical background of religious and pilgrimage tourism, but also the provision and development of tourist skills for those interested in being employed in the field of religious and pilgrimage tourism or working professionally with it in the public or private sector.

4.Eligibility

Graduates of all Departments of Higher Education Institutions. BA Students that have concluded their coursework but awaiting for their convocation, are also eligible to apply.

  1. Duration: Three (3) semesters, equivalent to 90 ECTS. Postgraduate courses during the first two semesters, and preparation of a thesis during the third semester.
  2. Teaching method: Combination of physical and online teaching. Use of the e-learning educational platform.
  3. Tuition: 2,000 Euros. Payment of 200 euros upon registration and the remaining 1,800 Euros in three (3) equal installments of 600 euros before the start of each semester.
