On Wednesday 21 May at the Thirathen Museum at 9:00 p.m.

After many years of presence and active activity in the music scene of Greece and beyond, with collaborations with artists from all musical fields, the time has come to unite the images and experiences of three musicians, creating the JAK Trio.

Alexandros Arkadopoulos (clarinet), Yannis Kyrimkyridis (piano) and Kostas Meretakis (percussion) converse musically, inspired each time by various reasons, such as their common origin, their long-term friendship and their occasional collaborations in different projects.

The result is a mixture of disparate sounds and ideas, based on their original compositions, western melodies and music from the Mediterranean tradition.
