“Transcending sexist discourse in the public sphere” is the topic of the online workshop organized by the Gender Equality Committee of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at 10:30 am.

“In the workshop we discuss the words we use to construct gendered reality in the public sphere and the ways in which we can overcome sexism in discourse and ultimately in society”. say the organizers of the event and underline “Words are not just symbolic representations of social/gendered reality, but they shape social/gendered reality itself”.
