The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki organizes, on Monday, September 9, 2024 at 20:00, the event “We Walk Together”, highlighting the collaborations of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with the private sector and honoring businesses that have funded research programs of the university.

The event will take place at Booth 17, Stage 34 in the framework of the participation of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in the 88th Thessaloniki International Fair.

In particular, the efforts of the members of AUTH to enhance research and innovation through collaboration with the private sector will be presented, highlighting the benefits for both the academic community and society as a whole.

The central point of the event will be the awarding of Greek companies that have distinguished themselves for their contribution to the funding and support of research projects of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, based on the amount of funding and the balanced promotion of research in the topics of the National Strategy for Smart Specialization (RIS3).

The cooperation between the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and companies has the potential to lead to the development of innovative solutions and technologies that enhance the competitiveness of the Greek economy and promote sustainable development. Data will also be presented on the university’s activity in the field of technology transfer and innovation.
