In the NEDLib 2025 Training Program, hosted by the International Hellenic University in Thessaloniki, participated the Municipal Library of Chania, represented by its Head, Vivi Choudalaki.

The aim of the project is to train librarians from 5 European countries, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Portugal and Latvia, on misinformation and media literacy issues, in order to acquire knowledge and skills to educate their library users accordingly.

During this period, the first training of librarians from the participating countries, who were selected to be trained in information literacy, misinformation, media literacy and gamification, took place.
