“Someone is Going to Come” is an existential, erotic, psychological and ontological thriller composed of poetry, comedy, drama, as well as suspense and grotesque elements.

The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC), in collaboration with the renowned director Yannis Houvardas, presents the play titled Someone is Going to Come, written by the award-winning Norwegian writer Jon Fosse for fourteen performances at the Dome theatre from September 24 to October 12, 2021, starring Antonis Miriagos, Alkistis Poulopoulou and Haris Frangoulis.

The Norwegian poet, novelist, essayist and playwright Jon Fosse is considered one of the most important voices of world literature. His work has been translated into more than fifty languages. He has been honored with many international awards (such as the “Ibsen Award”), while his plays have been staged by many important directors in the world’s greatest theatres.
