The M.& R. Theatre of Patras is looking for young professional dancers, women and men, to join its productions for the 2021-22 season.

The Municipal & Regional Theater of Patras (DI.PE.THE.), in its longstanding mission to express the city’s cultural identity through modern culture and theatre, plans to establish a permanent classical and modern dance ensemble.

The newly established Ballet aims to cover the needs of theatre productions but also to establish its own dance repertoire.

The DI.PE.THE. of Patras is looking for young professional dancers, women and men, to join its productions for the 2021-22 season.

Selection criteria:

• Dancers (women and men) with a dance diploma
• Training in classical and modern dance is required
• It is recommended that dancers have their pointe shoes with them.

Candidates should also bring:

a) their CV,
b ) a  photograph.

Candidates will be examined in classical ballet & Afro Jazz.

The audition will take place on Sunday 17 & Sunday 24 October 2021 at 12:00-15:00 at the Dansarte Dance & Arts Center, Karolou 1, Patras.

Recruited candidates will be employed on fixed-term contracts.
