The City of Athens invites for one more year artists and creators to participate in the festivals of ΟPANDA, breathing life all over Athens.

The events of the Athens Summer Festival and the Colonus Festival form a dynamic cultural landscape, bringing together audiences and creators through concerts, theatre performances, storytelling, musical and dance events and children’s theatre.

For the preparation of this year’s programme, OPANDA is launching an open call for the submission of complete artistic proposals, through the special online platform festival.opanda.gr. Proposals will be evaluated and selected by the OPANDA.

The Athens Summer Festival brings the city’s neighbourhoods to life with a rich programme of events, with free participation. From squares and parks to the most unexpected corners, artists and audiences meet in the seven Municipal Communities to share moments of culture and entertainment. A historic hill, a living cultural institution. The Colonus Festival makes an appointment with the public on the green hill of Ippion Colonus. In one of the most historic places of the city, the Colonus Theatre will host high quality theatrical performances, offering unique experiences of art and entertainment.
