For the new academic year (2026–2027), with classes beginning in September 2026, the following programs are offered:
- 4 BA programs of studies

The natural and applied sciences are a cornerstone of innovation, technological advancement, and sustainable development. At the School of Natural and Applied Sciences at OUC, the modern and dynamic curricula respond to the real needs of society and the job market, covering fields such as computer science, artificial intelligence, engineering, and the environment, while also incorporating new specializations such as Human-Computer Interaction and Security and Defense. The cutting-edge research conducted in the School’s specialized laboratories substantially enhances teaching, while virtual labs and interactive activities transform knowledge into practical experience, cultivating skills with direct application in the modern professional environment.
The seven (7) innovative online master’s programs offered by the School of Natural and Applied Sciences at OUC in cutting-edge fields open up opportunities for employment and professional advancement in both the public and private sectors:

- Computer and Network Security
- Environmental Conservation and Management (with two academic tracks in “Energy and Pollution” and “Management and Protection of Terrestrial Ecosystems” / reduced tuition: total cost: €3,900 & an additional 10% discount)
- Applied Health Informatics and Telemedicine
- Cognitive Systems (a joint program taught in English, in collaboration with the University of Cyprus)
- Sustainable Environmental Engineering (Reduced tuition: total cost: €3,900 (plus an additional 10% discount)
- Human Computer Interaction (New program, taught in English—10% tuition discount)
- Security and Defence (New inter-institutional program taught in English in collaboration with the Air Force Academy / reduced tuition fees -15%)
All degree programs offer their thematic modules as independent, self-contained courses, so that anyone interested can take them without enrolling in the entire program. The School of Natural and Applied Sciences also offers positions for doctoral candidates in seven (7) research areas.
OUC utilizes teaching methods tailored to adult students, an easy-to-use e-learning platform, state-of-the-art e-learning applications, and tools for synchronous and asynchronous collaboration, so that the experienced and internationally distinguished academic staff can provide guidance and ongoing support to students. All educational processes, including final exams, are conducted exclusively through electronic means.
Given the current economic climate, OUC offers affordable tuition, provides financial assistance, and guarantees tuition discounts for specific population groups (e.g., large families, single parents, people with disabilities, the unemployed, etc.), thereby supporting inclusive education.
Applications for the Master’s programs of the School of Natural and Applied Sciences for the 2026–2027 academic year must be submitted online via the OUC website by June 8, 2026. Those interested in doctoral positions must submit their applications by May 19, 2026.
OUC is equivalent and on par with Greek universities, and the degrees it awards are recognized by DOATAP in accordance with its criteria and procedures.
