The 16th edition of the LOGOS events series organized by the National Library of Greece (NLG) opens with a small tribute to Alexandros Kotzias (1926–1992), marking the 100th anniversary of his birth. Novelist, critic, translator, playwright, journalist, Alexandros Kotzias left an indelible mark on the postwar (his first work, The Siege, was published in 1953) and post-dictatorship intellectual life of the country through his work and activism.
