On Wednesday 28 May at the Thirathen Museum at 9 p.m.

The Cretan lyre and the santouri create a completely different musical approach that has almost been lost with the passage of time and local development.

Old recordings from the beginning of the century testify to this marriage (Koufianos Kanteris, Charilaos, etc.).

Antonis Fragakis (Lyra) and Fanis Karousos (Santouri) will be with us to revive this old sound.

With respect to tradition, references to old tunes from all over Crete and new compositions that carry the Cretan idiom, they will travel and accompany us musically, in our favorite museum of our city!
