An International Postgraduate Programme in partnership with three leading European Universities

 The International Postgraduate Programme is implemented through the cooperation of three Universities, Harokopio University (Department of Economics and Sustainable Development, Department of Geography, Department of Informatics and Telematics), University Paris 1 – Pantheon-Sorbonne (IREST – Institute for Research and Higher Studies in Tourism) and the University of the Aegean (Department of Business Administration).

The aim of the programme is to provide a high level of knowledge about Tourism and Cultural Heritage. The Programme has a duration of 12 months (two semesters of study), with English as the language of instruction. Courses are held at the premises of Harokopio University, Athens.

The innovative element of the International Postgraduate Programme is that it is a pioneering collaboration between the three aforementioned academic institutions: Paris 1 University (Pantheon-Sorbonne), one of the oldest and most emblematic European Universities, which owns IREST (Institute for Research and HigherStudies in Tourism), an institute with a strong international presence in tourism studies; Harokopeion University and the University of the Aegean, two dynamic Greek Universities, where high quality education and research in tourism and culture is carried out.

Through this cooperation, the International Postgraduate Programme offers the following advantages:

• Study in Greece in an English-speaking postgraduate program with expert professors from the cooperating University institutions.
• Obtaining a Double Master’s Degree (Msc) from the University of Paris 1 (Pantheon-Sorbonne), on the one hand, and from the two Greek Universities (Harokopeio University and the University of the Aegean), on the other hand.
• Internship opportunities
