It is an exhibition that will attempt to create fruitful bridges between contemporary art and the structures that manage mental illness.
In the exhibition “Second Chance: Alone – Together”, under the artistic curatorship of Panagiotis Pangalos, in an idea and coordination by Konstantinos Kantartzis, organized and supervised by Vasiliki Giannoulis, some of the most important Greek visual artists, as well as young artists with selected proposals, have been invited to participate with their works. In this initiative, which was embraced and warmly supported by the Attica Psychiatric Hospital and its Administrator Mrs. Despina Tsagdi, more than 90 artists are exhibiting their creations, along with works by recipients of health services, while the vast majority of the works were created specifically for this exhibition.
