Odysseus – Ioannis Zoras, having served higher education for decades as rector of the University of Crete, rector of the Hellenic Open University, and Secretary General of Higher Education, has a deep understanding of the needs, challenges, and contemporary demands facing university education in Greece.

The book Mighty University puts forward proposals for the modernization and role of universities today, which must be linked to the labor market, be open to collaboration with foreign institutions, and strengthen their extroversion.
