A live concert with neo-psychedelic sounds and old-fashioned melodies from a broad range of rock music.
The Parklife concert series at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) welcomes the fall with a Whereswilder concert, on Thursday, September 2 at 21:00 at the Panoramic Steps of the SNFCC. In a stripped-down setlist specially designed for the concert at the SNFCC, the Athenian band will present songs from their upcoming third album, along with favorite tracks from previous records.
The band consists of Giannis Rallis (voice, guitar), Vassilis Nissopoulos (voice, bass), Alekos Voulgarakis (guitar) and Manolis Giannikios (drums). Their debut album entitled Yearling was released at the end of 2014, and after that, they appeared in major festivals such as Rockwave Festival, Release Festival, Ziria Festival, Fuzztastic Planet Festival and New Long Fest. This was followed by the release of their Hotshot album in 2017, while in 2020 their track “Helping Hand” received very positive feedback, expressing the common feeling during the first lockdown.
This is their third appearance at the SNFCC, after 2018 with Planet of Zeus and in 2020 as part of the two-day festival Music Escapades: In Orbit.
All the concerts of the Parklife series are implemented thanks to the donation of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF).
