The Russian Barracks, a place reconstructed by the Municipality of Chania in order to host actions that highlight the rich intangible cultural heritage, fills children’s voices every Saturday, with free actions aimed at children and aimed at bringing them closer to the tradition of our land.

So, for yet another year, the Russian Barracks of the Municipality of Chania “opens” its gates and welcomes again happy children’s voices participating in educational meetings, actions and workshops, with the first two actions, “Little Graphic Artists” and “My City”, taking place on Saturday, October 5.

For both actions, it is necessary to register by calling the Office of Culture and Music Education at 2821 3 41613 on working days and hours. Reservations will be made from Monday 30 September 2024.

The actions are implemented in the framework of the program of the Municipality of Chania www.chania-heritage.gr which aims to promote the intangible cultural heritage of Chania, with relevant videos presenting a series of traditional professions that tend to disappear.
