“shedia home“, the home of the street magazine “shedia” in the heart of Athens welcomes the summer with a photography exhibition inspired by and dedicated to its people. The exhibition, which opens on Saturday 8 June at 19:00, includes portrait photographs of the vendors of the street magazine “shedia” by photographer Panos Zoulakis, member of the Hellenic Photographic Society (HPS).

In the photographs, which will be exhibited for the first time at “shedia home”, old and new sellers of the magazine are “reinvented” through a special photographic approach that highlights the uniqueness and complexity of the human face.

Part of this photographic work was awarded in the 30th FIAP Colour Biennial – Greece 2023, organized by the HPS in 2023, with the collaboration of OPANDA and under the auspices of the Municipality of Athens. The Biennial was organized by the Photographic Federations of 41 countries.
