The academic community of the Hellenic Open University, espousing the values of solidarity and mutual aid and wishing to contribute as much as possible to the collection of essential goods in order to support our fellow citizens who were affected by the floods that hit Thessalian cities in early September, collected a large number of products of the following types:

• Water
• Long-life foods, (pulses, canned foods, biscuits, nuts, etc.)
• Milk of all kinds
• Baby and Children’s creams
• Baby Wipes
• Personal hygiene products

The above items will be transported to the flooded areas through the Red Cross in the coming days.

The Hellenic Open University will continue to contribute in every way to humanitarian actions in support of our fellow human beings.
