The Greek Community of Melbourne and the Greek Orthodox Community of New South Wales have announced that singer Rena Morfi (aka Souli Anatoli) will perform at the Sydney Festival and the Melbourne Antipodes Festival

Rena Morfi, known for her ability to perform everything from ballads to swing songs, her dynamic stage presence and her boundless energy, will perform live at the Antipodes Festival in Melbourne on Saturday, February 22 and at the Sydney Festival on Sunday, February 23.

The singer from Greece emerged as the lead singer of the famous swing band “Imam Baildi”, where her unique voice and explosive stage presence added a modern twist to traditional Greek sounds.

George Menidis, director of the Antipodes Festival, said: “We are thrilled that the 2025 programme will culminate with the talented Rena Morfi. She brings something truly unique to our Festival stage as she will add a special touch to the parochial events on the first night of the Festival, being the highlight of the 75 plus hours of programming we have prepared.”
