Internationally acclaimed violinist and composer Maria Manousaki presents her new album “Behind Closed Doors” in a unique evening under the stars, on the rooftop of the Museum!
With five original orchestral compositions, a cover of The Cure and a song by Xylouris performed by Stratis Skarakis, Maria Manousaki invites her listeners to a musical journey that combines critical tradition with contemporary world jazz elements, conveying feelings of loss, hope and rebirth through the notes of her violin.
Joining her on stage:
Dimitris Verdinoglou– piano
Michalis Evdaimon– bass
Alekos Roupas– percussion
and…of course Maria Manousaki– violin
An evening where music, tradition and contemporary sound come together under the summer sky.
