About the film

WISHBONE (2024) is a harsh social drama set in Nea Peramos, a once-thriving but now run-down suburb, and in the neighborhoods of Piraeus. The film follows Kostas, a young security guard at a public hospital, who, after the sudden death of his older brother, is forced to become the guardian of his niece, while at the same time drowning in debt from their family home. Desperate, he accepts the offer of help from a paramedic. However, this help comes at a price.
