The G. & A. Mamidakis Foundation’s Art Research and Residency Program aims to foster the osmosis of people from the art and culture sector.
The Foundation invites Greek researchers, creators, and professionals active at the intersections of art, science, and technology, to apply for the fourth residency program which will take place from October 18 to 26, 2025, in Agios Nikolaos, Crete.
This year’s theme focuses on collaborations between Art, Science, and Technology (AST) and is addressed to people from a wide range of specialties who approach AST issues in a creative and critical way, whether through artistic practice, academic research, technological experimentation, or hybrid forms of work.
The program will be conducted in both Greek and English, fully covers participation expenses, and will host 8–10 participants. It culminates with a collective action and/or publication presented in the summer of the following year.
Applications must be submitted by August 24, 2025, exclusively through the Foundation’s website. https://gnamamidakisfoundation.org/ – You may find the platform HERE. Applications via email, telephone, or any other method besides the official application on the website will not be accepted.
