The unique in Greece Inter-institutional Postgraduate Studies Programme  entitled “Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD): Health Promotion, Early Diagnosis, Special Education, Individual and Community Intervention“ offers a unique opportunity for professionals and young scientists to acquire high-level expertise in one of the most topical and critical fields. The programme is organized by the Department of Public and Community Health of the University of West Attica in collaboration with the Department of Philology of the University of Peloponnese and will start from the academic year 2025-2026.

The teaching is conducted entirely online, making the programme fully accessible from every corner of Greece and abroad. It is aimed at University graduates from a wide range of disciplines and offers relevance to Special Education, a prerequisite for those seeking professional rehabilitation or development in the field of education and health.

With two distinct streams – Special Educational Interventions and Clinical Practice – Individual and Community Intervention – the Master’s degree fully meets the needs of those who wish to work with children, adolescents and adults with ASD, either in the field of education or health and community approach.At the same time, it enables those aiming for doctoral studies to acquire a strong research base.
