As part of the events marking the 10th anniversary of its founding, the Photoclub Elesfsina invites photographer Maria Pavlaki to present her photo book “SOMETHING OF THEIR OWN,” on Sunday, November 15, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Anapsyktirio—Art & Culture Lounge, Eleusis Beach.
“…. Every photograph is the result of a fraction of a second and an entire lifetime. Thirty years of work—in black and white, on film—are brought together in my book titled Something of Their Own. This human-centered journey is a revelation of my own soul, but also of others’. My gaze upon these faces becomes a mirror of my inner vision. Every face, every silence, every shadow you pass by hides a story. And every story waits for the one who will see it, who will recognize it, who will love it enough to give it form. To make it their own….”
Maria Pavlaki
