The Melivοia Agricultural Cooperative and the Pinios Brewery are organizing a unique culinary experience featuring Melivoia chestnuts and the local microbrewery, on Tuesday, October 27, at 3:00 p.m., at the Pinios Brewery facilities at the 7th kilometer of the Larissa–Sykourio highway.

The event takes place a few days before the big Melivoia Chestnut Festival, which will be held on October 30, 31, and November 1, and represents yet another effort to promote this local product and showcase its creative uses.

The event will center on LoChes, the unique chestnut beer created two years ago by the Melivoia Agricultural Cooperative and the Pinios Brewery. This innovative collaboration has transformed one of the region’s most iconic products—the famous Melivoia chestnut—into a unique and distinctive flavor experience.

Visitors will have the opportunity to get to know LoChes up close, try it for free, and enjoy chestnuts roasted on the spot, creating an authentic fall experience with the scent of Melivoia.

The event at the Pinios Brewery is open to the public and offers an opportunity to discover a product that combines local agricultural production with modern creativity and entrepreneurship.
