The National Library of Greece continues its Book Club meetings for adults, offering two ways to participate on different dates: in person at the Library, as well as online, thus enabling those who are unable to attend the Club in person to participate.

The speakers at each meeting are people involved in the world of books, such as authors, translators, editors, critics, and literary theorists.

The meetings take place monthly, in the afternoon, and last two hours.

At the September 2026 Book Club, we will discuss the book Life Ahead by Romain Gary (Émile Azar) (translation and notes by Achilleas Kyriakidis, Doma Publications), with Stavros Zoumboulakis, President of the Supervisory Board of the NLG, serving as the moderator.
