The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) continues its successful outdoor film screening series, “Park your Cinema” and “Park your Cinema Kids,” at the Glade in Stavros Niarchos Park—as always, with free admission!

This year, adult audiences can enjoy popular “musicals under the stars” curated by the Thessaloniki International Film Festival, while children will watch films centered on friendship and family, selected by the Athens International Children’s and Youth Film Festival. The August program features four iconic musicals starring legendary actors (Cabaret, Singin’ in the Rain, New York, New York, and Mamma Mia!), while in September the screenings conclude with the hit animated film Lilo & Stitch and the film Stand by Me, a tribute to friendship.

The screening program is made possible thanks to a grant from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), which supports the majority of the SNFCC’s events.

Hellenic Energy Company (Natural Gas) is once again supporting the “Park your Cinema” and “Park your Cinema Kids” series, promoting free access to film screenings that bring the city to life this summer. This year, its presence is enhanced by a specially designed lounge area for the public, as well as creative activities for children before each “Park your Cinema Kids” screening.
