Two patrons from Aixone (modern-day Glyfada), Auteas and Philoxenides, who lived in the late 4th century B.C. and were honored by their municipality, provide answers to questions such as:
-
What were the theatrical competitions?
-
When and how were they organized?
-
What was the role of the sponsors?
This educational activity is inspired by the honorary resolution passed by the municipality of Aixone in 313/2 B.C. in honor of two patrons of the theater, which is on display at the Epigraphic Museum.

The program is designed for families with children aged 7 to 10. The presentation will be followed by an art workshop on making clay masks.
