Ιn the new Podcast to be part of the “Libraries in Dialogue” series, journalist and author Elias Maglinis will be the guest speaker.

This work attempts to explore the intersection of history and literature, a convergence that gives rise to a narrative genre that transcends the boundaries of the classic historical novel. The focus is not on military or diplomatic events, but on the spirit, language, and atmosphere of an era, as well as the voices of the anonymous—the small human experiences not recorded in scholarly historiography.

It also examines the historical trauma that has permeated Greek literary narrative over time, as well as the effect of time on the final interpretation of events.
