Two special advance screenings of the Greek film Kapodistrias will be held exclusively for the Greek community in Melbourne.

Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Yannis Smaragdis, the film portrays the life and legacy of Ioannis Kapodistrias, the first governor of modern Greece, through a dramatic and emotionally charged narrative.

The film sheds light on both the political legacy and the human side of an iconic figure who played a decisive role in shaping modern Greece.

The screening will be in Greek with English subtitles and runs for 140 minutes.
